Webinar: Your DB endgame doesn’t have to be the end

Tuesday 26th November at 9:00 GMT

We deep-dive into the issues and opportunities

Run-on is now almost as popular as buyout for DB pension schemes at retirement, but it is not right for all schemes.  In our webinar we invite a panel of experts to explore the pros and cons for three very different pension schemes.  They share insights from their careers and debate which schemes would benefit from running on and in which circumstances.  A must for all trustees looking to make decisions on scheme retirement in the short to mid-term.

  • We’ll discuss which schemes could consider run-on based on individual circumstances;
  • Examine the risks and benefits for sponsors and members; and
  • Evaluate how trustees can best assess their options.
We will use two real case scenarios to illustrate the decision-making process and practical implications of run-on versus buyout.

There’s a saying in Dutch, Kom verder, it means many things and it’s our business philosophy. It captures the way we work with clients but also the way we steer our investee companies to deliver shareholder value through active engagement.

Capital at risk. The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise, and investors may not get back the amount originally invested. Past performance provides no guarantee for the future.
