Objective

We aim to achieve attractive capital returns over the long term by managing a diversified portfolio of European private equity partnerships and co-investments.

Philosophy

In our view, small is beautiful and the small and lower mid-market segment of the European buy-out space offers compelling risk-return characteristics. What we observe here is:

less competing capital translating into better entry pricing;
less leveraged companies and thus healthier balance sheets;
more room for business growth and incorporating sustainability ambitions; and
more co-investment opportunities at a smaller scale.

Our experienced team follows a disciplined, structured process designed to:

provide access at negotiated fees to institutional-quality private equity opportunities in our segment;
generate an attractive long-term return through a diversified portfolio that combines investments in partnerships and direct co-investments; and
