Launch of New European Private Equity Fund by Van Lanschot Kempen

Kempen European Private Equity Fund III continues where Fund II left off, says fund manager Sven Smeets. “The new fund has the same DNA and investment philosophy.” The reason for launching a third private equity fund is that the portfolio of the second fund is fully allocated. Fund II now has a committed/invested capital of 262 million euros.

Investors can now subscribe to the Kempen European Private Equity Fund III. The first round closes on March 7, 2025. If the target of 300 million is reached at the first closing, further closings may be considered.
