Freek Verwoert will start on 1 July 2022 as Managing Director of the Strategy & Business Development department and Maud van Gaal will start on 15 August 2022 as Executive Director of the Communication & Corporate Reputation department.

Freek Verwoert is currently a partner at BCG and previously worked at ABN AMRO Bank. He succeeds Wendy Winkelhuijzen and Guido van Aubel who are both moving to other roles within Van Lanschot Kempen.

Maud is currently Director Communications at Albert Heijn. She previously served in roles in both external and internal communications at Ahold Delhaize and worked as a journalist at Bloomberg. Maud will succeed Robin Boon.
