Materiality matrix

Every two years, we conduct a survey among our stakeholders to find out which topics are most significant to them. The survey results are compiled into a materiality matrix, highlighting ten topics (out of 20 in total) that hold the most importance for our stakeholders and for Van Lanschot Kempen.

Detailed information on these material topics is provided in our reports.

So that we can measure our performance, we’ve established financial and non-financial targets in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for these ten topics in particular. These KPIs play a crucial role in embedding our sustainability policy and tracking progress towards our sustainability goals.
