IOW is a listed Belgian REIT investing in Belgian logistics properties and office buildings
Through the secondary placement NSI reduced its stake in IOW from 50.2% to 15.2%
Kempen & Co acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in the transaction
