As financial adviser to Riwal, Kempen & Co helped to arrange €220m syndicated credit facilities and €40m optional credit facilities
The facilities will be provided by an international syndicate of five banks and represent an increase of 33% over the previous facilities
The new credit will support Riwal’s international growth strategy and provide for significant investments in the rental fleet, as well as potential add-on acquisitions
