  • Khonraad offers a social care Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides mission critical services focused on the automation of workflows at the cross-section of local governments, healthcare and police in the Netherlands. Khonraad ensures that stakeholders in the social domain can make timely and legally compliant decisions related to people's mental health
  • Khonraad was acquired by Visma, the European leader in delivering software that simplifies and digitises core business processes in the private and public sector. Visma's software offering for the Dutch market includes solutions for financial management, HRM, purchasing and e-government
  • Kempen & Co acted as Sole Financial Adviser to Khonraad in its 100% sale and supported the Company in a.o. attracting top tier interested parties, crafting of the equity story, finetuning of the business plan, coordination of due diligence, transaction structuring and negotiations
