Kempen & Co acted as Sole Financial Adviser to UMB Group in the acquisition of Almere Centrum from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield

Shopping mall Almere Centrum counts 87,000 sqm of GLA, offers a home to a wide range of approximately 100 tenants in cosmetics, electronics, department stores, fashion and various food and leisure outlets and clearly marks the center of Almere’s retail district
