  • Van Lanschot Kempen has assisted Klépierre in exploring multiple options to secure financing on the best possible terms, resulting in successfully raising €260 million in non-recourse secured financing from a syndicate of banks.
  • The facility has been structured as a Green Loan based on the sustainable characteristics of the shopping centre, befitting Klépierre’s profile as an ESG frontrunner.
